NEWS FLASH We should be on our way to Salta but we've had to delay our journey by a day. We have to return to the bus station on 26th, tomorrow, to complete a police report on a theft. Whilst we are fine and still have all our vital documents, at 20.15 hrs on 25th November some clever thieves made off with the cameras and all the DVD's of photos taken since Thailand. This afternoon, whilst Ana was updating her CV, I ventured forth alone to the nature reserve near the docks. Only a 20 min. walk away, it was full of surprises. Not least, the 3 foot long monitor lizard! The docks are getting a bit of a face-lift and already accomodate a few yachts . It's a completely different side to Buenos Aires. Orchids, sunshine, cold and rain have to be left behind in Bariloche as we board the coach for Buenos Aires. It will be 24 hours before we reach our destination! At 22.00 hrs. we pass a sign 'warning' us that there are still 1200 km. to go! After a reasonably good night's sleep we traverse the vast Pampas.
