What a cold night. Not much sleep for sure. I don't want to get changed out of my layers. Breakfast, then off down to the valley. We stop to walk to a waterfall from the stream bear our camp. There isn't much water! We drive around and park. There are a few walks we want to do. Most of them are quite long and we are exhausted. But we manage. We stop at the main store to by some lunch. There is a super vegetarian selection. We find a shady spot to eat then have a snooze. Again waking up to the hot sun. We head out to see another waterfall. It's nice, but the cold stream is a huge relief. It's nice and cool down by the water also. We relax for a while, then head back to the car. We try and use the guest wifi. It's very patchy and eventually we head in our way back up to camp. We grab a few things from camp then head out to the point again in hopes of seeing bears!
And we do! Some ppl flag us down and we see a mother bear in a meadow. Two cubs are up a tree. We see them as they climb down. We have dinner at glacier point and stay for the sunset. There is another ranger talk then we head back to bed. Thankfully we sleep better and it doesn't feel as cold.
