Tuesday 7 July What a cold night. Not much sleep for sure. I don't want to get changed out of my layers. Breakfast, then off down to the valley. Monday 6 July I get up to woodpeckers knocking on trees. At first i thought it was someone knocking on a RV door. Lots of squirrels and chipmunks about. The chipmunks are tiny and cute. And they run fast. We pack up and head on our way via some giant trees and a massive stump ppl once thought was a hoax because it was so big. I wonder how long they have been around.
