Friday 31 July We um and ah about leaving or staying, but end up leaving and packing up. We head into town and stop at the info centre to get wifi and get the reply we were waiting for. Sunday 26 July Ugh! Oh sleep! Where art thou? Amazingly I think I sleep better in a tent! We eat pack and head to the info centre to figure out what to do. We decide on a historic fort town. It's quite interesting and quite well done but a lot of wondering around. It's about 3 when we are done and we have lunch before going back. Saturday 25 July After camping so long and being so exhausted I hoped to sleep well. No such luck. But nice to have a private bathroom close. We join for breakfast and then head out for a drive. Friday 24th July We end up leaving sooner than originally planned because Malcolm wants to catch the free ferry across the lake. The petrol is getting lower and lower! Thursday 23 July What an awesome sleep. Pack up and breakfast and on the road by 9:30. It's another long day of travel, but we see beautiful scenery. We stop on kelowna and walk along the waterfront. Very extravagant wealth displayed. We reach nelson in the early evening and check into the only campground. There is a microwave!! So amazing we can have warm cooked food. We go shopping and enjoy dinner! I'm exhausted and head to bed early.
