Scariest border crossing yet. After stamping put of Costa Rica we had to walk over this rickety, old, disused rail bridge whilst of course laden with our packs. The planks were wobbly & some entirely missing so holes straight down to river below. Flip flops not the best choice for such danger walks! Took me over 10 mins to gingerly cross but then in Panama yaaaay!!

Wow massive Owl Moth making his merry way whilst we enjoyed a hearty breakfast of gallos pintos (rice & beans) before hitting the white water of Rio Pacuaya. Great rafting & didn't fall off!
