Cyclone!!! Ok so Thursday I went diving in the Great Barrier Reef. There is a cyclone coming in so a lot of boats were cancelled and the water was so choppy going out that a lot of people got sick. But I was on the last trip out and took sea sickness tablets so was ok. I stayed with the instructor for snorkeling because the waves were kind of intense but it was still gorgeous. Soo I went on a tour of the atherton tablelands today. Very pretty, lots of waterfalls. There will be plenty of pictures when I figure out how to upload my sd card... This morning I woke up and went for a run down the coastline. It was beautiful, but no one goes swimming over there because there are beware of crocodiles signs... And I was still worried about sharks and stingers! In the afternoon I went to the lagoon (which is apparently just a big pool next to the beach) to go for a swim. Whitsunday sailing was amazing. I actually was talking to someone about teaching me sailing if I go to Perth to work. That is how much I loved it. The first day was swimming in the ocean after a good sail, drinking games and a fish dinner. It was a quiet group, but I couldn't stop reading my book so I was ok with that.
