Cork has had a heat wave the past few days, sixties, sunny and no rain! Hopefully it will last through St. Paddy's Day weekend! Since we don't have class on Fridays, we decided that the perfect way to spend this gorgeous afternoon would be outside, drinking Sangria at one of our favorite spots, down a quintessential European brick street that is perfect for people watching. The street is lined with other places with outdoor seating and was buzzing with people all afternoon. We spent most of the afternoon laughing, having our Sangria and people watching.
