I can't believe today is the day! Hannah, Holly, 60 other Quinnipiac students and I are currently in JFK waiting excitedly, anxiously, nervously, and every other emotion there is, for our flight to Shannon then quick ride to Cork.

Today is the day that I leave for UCC in Ireland for about SIX months. The past week has been crazy and full of packing (well Mom and Beorn doing the heavy lifting- I was just putting clothes/accessories and shoes into the pile.) We shuffled clothing, bedding, ect from bag to bag trying to get the two bags under 50 pounds- we did it! It only took about two days of puzzle piecing.

I can't believe that we are leaving today. I really think I'm in shock. But I can't worry about being home sick because Mom and Alyss will be over sooner than we all know it!
