This day was a put on the boots and hike day. Dom was the lead on this and our direction was to a waterfall in a village in the hills. Directions were:

Follow this road
Take the left turn after the third bridge
Follow the track into the hills until you reach the village, you will see the waterfall
Total walking time: 3 hours

So this obviously did not happen and instead we went on a bit of an adventure..

Walked and an hour 15 without finding a third bridge, caught a roof rack of a mini bus back along some of the route until there was a road going up and left

From there caught a lift in a truck going to the village (and a 20min drive)

Drop of point, we seen the waterfall. Now to get to it! We walked into the village, and up and around the waterfall but COULD NOT GET TO IT. This included a near vertical climb up a very muddy track in the jungle.

Opted to have lunch (avocado in a roll with lime on top, marderins and a crumbed muffin) at another scenic water location.

Walked home, all in all we were out for 5 hours. Road kill seen this day was a snake and a scorpion.
