I was wondering about which place would be good to go next. Giorgio (who has travelled with us since the Cameron Highlands) convinced me to go with him to Koh Lipe, so we bought tickets to Pakbara and then got a speed boat to Koh Lipe. After a 10 hr journey we arrived to paradise island at 2pm.

...It took us a while to find a place. Was really hot and we walked rather far to get accommodation, but once we found it, it was amazing. Our hut with a sea view was 1 min walk away from the ocean. We moved huts the next day to get wi-fi, which was even nicer than the others.

Even though it was dry season there was a massive storm and we had rain for a few days unfortunately. It was still hot though and we were able to go snorkelling and see the most amazing fish I've seen while snorkelling. This was truly a paradise island, the turquoise water, relatively small island and amazing views of mountains to the one side and islands to the other.

We had a great time on the island, but time for me to make my way down to Kuala Lumpur.
