We rolled into Blue River, CO - just 15 mins outside of Breckenridge around 6:30pm. We were completely floored with their sick spot. Their house is huge and beautiful and perched at a mere 11,000 ft elevation!
As beautiful as their place is, it doesn't compare to their insane view- complete panoramic of green Rocky Mountains topped with the winter's leftover snow.
We had a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Cotton and caught up over a few games of pool.
In the morning, after another bomb meal, Andy, Paco, and Sage took us out to a cool local hike just outside their door, at the Continental Divide. I saw my first Marmot and was literally in awe of the sites around me.
Colorado is definitely even more beautiful than I imagined! Thanks again Lindsay & Andy!
