Wow what a great day :) Admittedley it didnt start off very well, as you well know hehe coach was a little tempremental (must have known it was a Holiday) once it started it was fine and got us to the airport no problem :) Unloading students and baggage went well, then Nichola fell over a suitcases, but no injuries sustained other than to her pride. We went in and through customs without any problem and enjoyed a hearty breakfast after which it was time to board our flight, all seated together which was nice though students a little quiet, possibly due to early start. It was quite a smooth flight with only odd patches of turbulance, which unfortunately caused one poor student to suffer with airsickness, Nichola was a star and looked after her very well, Thank You Nichola, please dont worry student is fine and has eaten well throughout the rest of the day, apparntly she was ill last time she flew as well. Landed in Lisbon and met by staff from APCC, spent an hour or two looking around Lisbon and treated to a local pasty, rather like a egg custard, but topped with icing sugar or cinnamon with a very crunchy pastry case, everyone liked those hehe. Then on to Coimbra, arrived at hotel early evening and all rooms sorted out, all nice and clean with tv's. Weather its a little overcast, but very nice 9.30pm and its t-shirt weather. Just been to university canteen for evening meal, now back at hotel and just off to bed ready for an exciting day tomorrow. Sleep well everyone, I know we will do :)
