Yesterday we did some exploring in & around Stirling, a place steeped in Scottish History. Wallace Monument in honor of William Wallace of Braveheart fame & Stirling Castle were great. We then moved on to Edinburgh where we settled in for our last evening in Scotland. We did a double decker bus trip round places of interest as well as trying out a few pubs & listening to some great music. Wish we were there a few days longer as there's so much happening with the Tattoo as well as the Edinburgh Music Festivals. There was also e huge book fair with lots of authors & readings happening. Late this morning we headed to the airport & caught our plane to Milan. Tonight we are staying at an airport hotel before heading south to Greve in Tuscany tomorrow. Italy here we come!
