Today, we left Queenstown, but not before taking a ride out to Skippers Canyon. I wish I could have taken a photo to show the road. It's a rough hewn miners road cut into the side of the mountain. Just about narrow enough for the bus we were on. Google it and take a look.

At the bottom of the canyon, we boarded a jet boat for a quick blast at 80kph on the river, inches from shear rock faces. The guys who pilot these things are nuts. Awesome fun though!

On the way out of Queenstown, we made a small detour to an 'adventure park'. It's a boys paradise. I got to drive a Monster Truck called Taurus! 645Bhp from a V8 Chevy 454 engine. Awesome fun. It's only lasts around 10mins, as you burn through 22l of fuel, and overheat the engine in that time. But what fun. I bounced over hills, through a river, and drove over a car - twice!

I must get one for Christmas....
