Today we went to Bondi Beach, and I really can't see what all the fuss is about. The waves don't seem that big, the beach is fairly small, but there are a lot of poseurs floating around. And everything seems over priced. And the bus takes ages to get there!! Nice to see it, but I wouldn't bother again.

we start the day with a climb up the Harbour Bridge. At around $200 each, it's pricey, but the views are pretty cool. I wouldn't say it's worth the money, but the experience is a must do.

We went to Sydney Powerhouse Museum. It reminded me of the Science Museum in London, except that all the exhbits were some other nations accomplishments. Like models of Russian satellites, or the American Space Shuttle. A personal highlight was the guitar from the most excellent movie, 'Young Einstein', as played by Yahoo Serious.

First day of tourist activities of the new year, and we wander through Sydney. He head up Sydney Tower to see the city laid out below us. (Only because the ticket was part of a deal saver with the aquarium.) We also head to the NSW Gallery, and look at some art. Or at least I do, while Jacklyn is in the ticket queue to see some Terracotta Warriors on loan from China. Although we only got to see 10 of them, they really are works of art. To thick so many h...

Happy New Year Today - I mostly carried around a contortionist. I was the lucky victim, nay volunteer, plucked from the audience to help a controtionist out with her act. The pics are great - take a look. Instant hangover cure!
