Happy New Year Today - I mostly carried around a contortionist. I was the lucky victim, nay volunteer, plucked from the audience to help a controtionist out with her act. The pics are great - take a look. Instant hangover cure!

Early rise. We spent all day queuing up to get into the Botanic Gardens on the harbourside to see the New Year fireworks. I'm glad we did it, but wouldn't bother again. It's a lot of waiting around. From 10am until middnight. And the few was good, but not the best. Still, it was free. The drinks tent ran out of beer, just before middnight, whether on purpose or not, I don't know. so, I ended up buy a bottle of the crappiest champagne ever. In a...

We're in Sydney. The last few days have just been a sit back and chill out stop-gap. Today, we hit the tourist trail, and visit the aquarium, and a nature park. Saw fishes and animals. It was great!

We get the grand tour of the Blue Mountains courtesy of Aunty V and Uncle John. We head off to see the 2 Sisters, before heading into the valley by riding the steepest railway in the world. A nice walk through the rain forest, and then a cable car back to the top. All round a great day!
