Today, we visited the Smithsonian Zoo, which was similiar to the one we have in Oklahoma, then drove all the way to Jamestown. It was so hot and muggy, I don't know how the colonists did iy. It was interesting to see the huts made by the Native American tribes there as opposed to the teepees made by the Cherokee here. We also got to see two of the ships that the Virginia Company used to send the first batch of men and i know that I would've been completely miserable if I was on one of those ships. After Jamestown, we went to Williamsburg and got enlisted in the Continental Army. It was so tiring, if that was real, I would have just deserted.
