Friday 18th - Sunday 20th December On Friday morning first stop was the crocodile infested Adelaide River where we joined a cruise looking for the jumping variety. We weren't long from the jetty and we found our first lady with the meat over the side she didn't disappoint leaping high out off the water in an attempt to grab the meat. Along the way we fed 3 more crocs, about 50m in front off the boat one off the 6m males popped up and then disappeared was fricken...

So on Wednesday 16th December we finally left Alice Springs to continue north. We passed some pretty interesting places along the way, the first being a little town called Wycliffe Wells which is Australia’s equivalent off area 51 in the US and A. Apparently lots of little green men are seen each year and the walls in the dinner are a kind of tribute to that. So we woke and with no success on getting the guys at travels autobarn we filled the car and headed for ‘The Alice’ the craziest town in the outback. On leaving Coober Pedy after our short stay we again pointed the car north this time heading for the number one monument / landmark / place of significant interest in Australia ULURU (Ayers Rock for the uneducated).
