Temp: 56 and real overcast
Saying for the day: People were created to be loved. Things were created to be used. The reason the world is in chaos is because things are being loved and people are being used.
We drove to North Beach in the morning; just a mile or so from the campground. We had a great walk on the beach, the tide was way out. It was interesting and fun to find pretty glass and stones and a really unique piece of driftwood. Still very overcast, but no rain and surprisingly, no wind while at the beach. It's a typical NW beach - lots of washed up logs and rocks everywhere, lots of unique stones and interesting sea creature carapaces. A barge passes by and a guy on a paddle board - that looked a little scary.
Back to the campground and some nice steaks on the grill and then got ready for a visit from Russ and Cheryl; they came over for the evening to play Mexican Train. We had another fun time and Russ won once again. We need his secret.
How long staying: 1 more night
Where to next: Bremerton, WA (13 miles from Bangor, WA);
