Good cloud cover last night, so not as cold as predicted, but still mighty cold. Thank you Lord. The winds are gone as well.
Enter South Dakota at 8:45. We're seeing rest areas with Teepees in the parking areas, bulls fighting in the fields, miles and miles of farmland and huge barns. We also saw Laura Ingalls Wilder’s home, author of "Little House on the Prairie." Pass through Mitchell, home of the Corn Palace and a stop at Cabela’s to see the “wildlife.” Over 250,000 ears of corn are used each year to redecorate the Corn Palace.
Arrive the Oasis Campground in Oacoma, SD at 3:30. Now 56 degrees, blue skies and sunny.
We will stay here until Saturday. (Harrison we don't want to push it) lol
