Our first day in Prague after our very stressful and s*** day yesterday was wonderful, this place is amazing. The people seem a bit friendlier than the Parisiens, unless you a public servant. All shopkeepers speak English. Very handy, when there are so many sxkzytz in the words. As I said this place is amazing, I am so glad that we,Gary, decided to come here. It is more colouful than Paris and had the added benefit of lots of trees and grass. The steets are bustling full of tourists and there is so much to see. We walked into Wenslas Squre and then up to the castle. Stopped for lunch on a very steep street, much much cheaper here than Paris, extraordinarily cheap. Walked across Charles Bridge and climbed up one of the powder towers for the view. Off tonight for a walk back to town to see it all lit up.
