So we made it to Phoenix from Vegas. After too many holidays, I had to hit the laptop for two days straight to catch up on work and get the office moving for the first of the year.

Many companies like ours are slow this time of year, but we rarely are. Love that we are ready to hire another developer too! Yay!!

Anyhoo - Jeff caught up on much needed rest and the kids were entertained by their adorable cousins, Nani & Papa, Granny and Aunt Kiana. They went to the bounce house full of trampoline rooms and to the Children's Museum.

Kylie and Narci got to make new blankets with their Nani, and Jared, Kayla and Evelyn stopped by. Granny and the kids got to play lots of games together, which is one of their favorite things to do. We also got to see Aunt Leah and her cute boyfriend for a couple hours when we first got in, before they headed back to school in Idaho. It was super fun to catch up with our Morris side of the family, and it is never quite enough time.

We were getting ready to head home when we got word that Jeff's Grandma Cuca passed away. She was a special lady and we all loved her immensely. The kids were especially sad, and we all decided to head to California to be with our family there instead of heading home. So, our trip will take us to California next instead of going home.
