Now the judgey Pinterest terrorists are just 'showing off' how artistic they are, by shoving their 'fancy exterior remodels, in our faces. All of a sudden, all we could see when we looked at the Jamboree, was the weather beaten, cracked, vinyl decals. Rob called a body shop to get a price to only paint over the old decals. $3800!!

Challenge accepted!

Rob spent weeks on Pinterest and watching YouTube videos before he built up the confidence to declare, that he was going to paint the exterior of the RV himself!

After he researched all of the different DIY techniques, Rob decided to use a spray gun with exterior house paint. Yes, I also thought that it was crazy.

But Rob said "I got this," and that was good enough for me.

He also told me that he was ordering some special vinyl for accents to give her some extra 'sass' and make sure that she stood out from every other RV on the road. Rob put over 30 hours into the exterior project. I didn't do any of the work. I was just the cheerleader, beverage server and cleanup crew.
