We were happy with our Jamboree exactly the way she was!

Until…we made the mistake of going to Pinterest for 'a few ideas'.

We learned very quickly that we should NOT be happy with our Jamboree exactly the way she was.

Every day, we were bombarded with emails from Pinterest telling us that she wasn't good enough. Also, the age of our RV wasn't the problem; our lack of creativity, and poor DIY spirit was the real problem. Pinterest told us that we should be embarrassed to take her out on the road with woodgrain and linoleum. We could not take the judgement; so, we decided that we would just 'freshen up' the interior a bit. A coat of paint, some vinyl flooring, a little adhesive countertop covering for the counters and dining table, plus a few feet of new carpet to bring it all together. That was plenty. We took her on a trip to Vegas for Rose's birthday. We stayed at the Circus Circus RV Park for a few days. We got to shake off the nerves of being new RVers. Then we spent a few days at Lake Pleasant boondocking. It was smooth. At that point, we were SUPER HAPPY with her, exactly the way she was!

But those Pinterest folks never stop!
