We are Sailing
After fuelling up, we left Coral Bay at about 9.00 am, and headed towards Carnarvon. Carnarvon is only about 275 kms, so we expected to arrive around midday.
On the whole, it was a very uneventful trip.
We located our Motel, booked in, unpacked the car, and then looked for somewhere to eat. After doing some research, we headed for an eating place down on the boat harbour, but alas! it was closed, as were most of the other places. So, of to the pub once again. The Gasgoyne. (the gassy)
But it was worth. Nice meal at a very reasonable price.
We spent the afternoon driving/walking around/relaxing. But really there is not alot to do.
We had another nice meal at the Motel, and had another early night. Our next stop is Kalbarri, which is about 450kms away. We have 2 nights there, and are really looking forward to it.
