A sun shiny and windy day In Wallaroo . The town is quite old with lots of original stone buildings mixed with new canal development. A long jetty extends into the gulf to cater for ships to take away the wheat from the big processing/storage facilities near the wharf. Many tourists and local alike spending time on the jetty. The swimming area one of the best I have seen.
Pete and Em spent the day squidding and crabbing. Score 1 squid and 10 blue swimmer crabs.
Kayce and I Toured the shops at Kadina only 8 km's away then came back to swim with Em at the jetty.
The wind was very strong and only after showers did we realise that we were all a bit sunburnt.
A big day on the water.
Tone and Col arrived in the afternoon with the boys to great excitement from our girls.
Finished the evening with fresh cooked crabs.
