Today was an easy rest day. We all slept in and then the girls and I went on a trip into Normanville and Yankalilla. Found the coolest park with exercise equipment, nearly the only bit of exercise I have done all holidays thus far. Cruised the shops and had checked out the Yankalilla bakery. Kayce and I walked down to the cave this morning. Watched as the showers kept sweeping across the bay, decided to take a chance and by the time we got back we were soaked. Decided to tour the peninsula today. Visited Cape Jervis where the ferry goes to kangaroo Island, we priced the ferry for a 3 day trip over with the van, but at $740 bit on the pricey side. Heading off this morning to catch up With Tone and boys after they had to head closer to Adelaide to collect his car yesterday. A really strong northerly wind (33-40 km p/h) pushed the caravan and car around like we were on rough sea's. Port Vincent and Port Julia are both very effected by the northerly winds.
