After spending the day at Ueno Park, we went to Odaiba, a man made island in Tokyo Harbour. We spent the evening at a medieval Japan themed hot-spring, dressed in yukatas.

We went out for dinner tonight in East Shinjuku, wandering about in the nightlife district, Kabuki-cho. It definitely had lots of lights and character(s). We found a ¥270 bar/restaurant, where everything costs about $3. Not so bad. We were back to the hotel by 9:30, in time for bed.
