Apparently, the deer in Miyajima are considered "wild". Don't feed or touch, but they might try to eat your map or sweater. This guy was interested in my iPhone.

Miyajima is an island near Hiroshima, and reputed to be one of Japan's 3 most scenic spots, primarily for the large orange torii that appears to float at high tide.
