So today/night has probably been our best so far! We were driven out into the desert where we would begin our camel safari - so ive been looking forward to doing! We had to wait till late afternoon - so it was cool enough. Riding a camel is much easier than i thought and it felt amazing to be up high looking across the desert! At first we where walking along more arid land then desert so i was a little disappointed - that disappointment soon disappeared! We started to walk up sand dunes and the view was amazing! You could see for miles and its was totally unspoilt! Once of the top of the dunes we sat down and watched the sun set - there was a really gorgeous atmosphere with young local lads playing traditional songs. Once the sun had set we all headed back to the camp where we were staying that night - the camel owners made the camels run back - actually a little more comfortable then when a camel walks and alot of fun! Back at camp we had dinner by candle with local villages dancing and playing traditional music - a really nice night!!
