Left Barwidgee Creek this morning and went back down through Myrtleford to get to Beechworth.

Leaving Narromine we drove to Cobar and filled with diesel and water. 55km out of Cobar is a really large rest area called Meadow Glen. We set up the van when we arrived and then Gracie and I sat down and did some school work outside. Gracie helped Dad do another fire and again the marshmallows were roasted. Sitting down at the fire, we actually realised that we are on our way!!

Saturday 18th - Left Dubbo and drove about 1/2 hr to Narromine to visit Tracee, Mia and Delphi. Tracee has a beautiful Federation (I think) house. Big rooms, high ceilings and lots of yard. Gracie enjoys playing with the girls and while Mia and Delphi have been rollerskating down the hall, Gracie has tried to catch them. Thursday 16th - Left Warrumbungle NP this morning and headed down through Gilgandra to Dubbo. We set up the van and headed out to O'Briens to get the windscreen chip fixed - thanks Vicki!
