Today we are off to a Beijing Theme Park Nick has found on the internet. I am a bit apprehensive as they do not seem to have any Health & Safety in place in China so am thinking it could be a ploy by Nick to have me knocked off!!! Although why he would want to do that I do not know as he often says how much he has enjoyed spending the last eight months with me day and night. Anyway it is once again absolutely freezing out so I have upped the anti and am now wearing 3 tshirts, 2 jumpers and 2 coats which still don't seem to make a difference. Got to the park and tried to pay our entrance fee which Nick said was £20 each for ride tickets however she only took £9 for the both of us. We soon found out this was because most of the rides were closed and we were hard pressed to spend our £9. Spent a very cold few hours there and then headed back to the hotel for a warm and the buffet dinner which Nick has been dreaming about for days as it included a free lobster each, and of course I had promised Nick he could have mine as well. The lobsters were duly presented too us along with 2 crabs each on the side, he managed to eat the lobsters but gave up trying to break into the crabs after 20 minutes (he was not happy to see food go to waste!!)
