Today we booked to go on a boat trip to do snorkerling around Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lei, where The Beach was filmed. We headed off at 10am and by about 10.20 we were both feeling very seasick indeed. We both chucked up in the toilet and felt crap. We arrived at the first diving bay and we were advised that getting in the water would make us feel better. We gently got in but didn't feel like snorkling so just bobbed along in life jackets. I was fine until I had a mouthfulll of saltwater and threw up again in the sea. The tropical fish seemed to think it was food and just swamped around me like bees round a honey pot. I could feel them on me. It was funny and sarah couldn't stop laughing. We were able to get a private longtail boat back to the island and quit the trip after a couple of hours. We spend the rest of the day chilling and reflecting at how much we hate boats! Had a Thai message for 1/2 hour on our back and shoulders. it was quite painfull but quite nice at the same time. We then watched the Thai boxing which was quite brutal. They completley knock each other out!
