We arrived in Sydney after a long 12 hours on the train. We booked to travel business class because the seats are a little bit bigger. Dread to think what economy seats were like. Sarah curled up on the floor and I had 2 seats.....it was her idea, I didn't kick her off!! We are staying in a hostel in Kings Cross part of the city. It was appealing in the advert because they hada bath and we haven't had one for 5 weeks......we've been showering!! The rooms are ok, but the beadroom door doesn't lock and kitchen is dirty. We have decided to move to another one tomorrow further into the City center. But the soak in the bath was well worth the dirty kitchen! Headed into the city center and discovered more shops....and yes we bought clothes! wondered down to the harbour and saw the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the opera House. Its quite cool seeing them in real life!
