We were so excited when we pulled up to our hostel and saw that there was a pool, a little cabana and lots of places to chill out in the back garden. The hostel had such a great vibe with a handful of other travellers, people playing ping pong and a bar just off the garden. Our dorm again was incredibly hot, the air con didnt work, the fan was almost useless and the window was blocked by signage but this time there was 8 of us in the one room with barely any room...

After only getting 2hrs sleep before getting on the bus there was quite a few of us still drunk and had the giggles big time. Eventually we passed out again and slept most of the way to Cordoba. It was so hot and we were devastated not to have a pool anymore to cool off in. We arrived around 3pm on Saturday and all the shops were closed so there wasn't much we could do so after a big walk exploring the town we headed back to the hostel for a BBQ and few drinks ...

We were happy to leave behind Bolivia and head into Argentina, better food, better toilet facilities and the people are much nicer (including to look at). The border crossing took 3.5hrs even though we got there quite early but at least there was shops and restaurants to keep us amused. We had another long drive to Uyuni via Potosi. Was really glad to see the back of Potosi as that's where everyone got sick and there's nothing to do there yet it's the hub of Bolivia and to go almost anywhere you have to go via Potosi. We arrived late in to Uyuni so we just got dinner and got an early night as we had the salt flats the next day. Well the last night out on La Paz must've been a big one as the next morning a lot of people were running late for the transfer to our truck.
