Tuesday - We went for New Horizons training (scuba diving). We were snorkelling in the pool at first. Then we watched some videos. After lunch we did the rest of the afternoon was scuba diving. I couldn't equalize properly. I could only equalize one ear. The right one. 

Sunday - We went river rafting with the scouts. We had already made the raft out of tyers and a wooden fram. My patrol came second. The leaders got egged and one group's raft fell aprat. The April Fools joke was we told dad his fishing friend was coming at 7am to pick him up. So he got up early. We also put salt in his coffee. 

Saturday - I went to Melissa's party. We first got Melissa a present, a hat. I got one as well. Then we went swimming in Melissa's pool that felt like an iceberg. Then we cooked marshmallows and Melissa opened her presents. I helped to keep the fire going. I got a little necklace. 

Sunday - We went to Pirongia. First we went to Raglan and helped Jackie with the house. Then we went for the walk over Pirongia. I saw a chicken cross the road. 

Saturday - We drove past Waitomo to the Natural Bridge (magapohue) and walked on a boardwalk through a gorge with a stream running through it. Then there was this great big slab of rock across the gorge. The view was wonderful with all the greenery. When we got over to the other side of the bridge (underneath it) we were on farmland with holey rocks around. We clambered over rocks. We also saw fossils of giant mussels.
