It's back to the grind today. Need to earn some pounds for the next leg of our trip. Struggling though as we didn't get back in from Paris until approx. midnight!

Today we took the Eurostar from London's new terminal at King's Cross St Pancreas to Paris with Christine and Jodie. Today we did our 3 hour Sorrento Cooking Class. We learnt how to make Gnocchi and a puff pastry from scratch. In the course was a lady from Bundy, a Scotsman, a mother and her 2 daughters from Manchester, a couple from New Jersey and 3 other Americans. The couple from New Jersey have given us their number so we can call them and they can give us a tour around Manhattan when we get there at the end of December. Today we woke up in Rome. We didn't have much time to look around though as straight after breakfast we had to head to the train station to catch the train from Rome to Napoli (Naples). We got 1st class tickets on the express train and were in Naples before we knew it. We were told by lots of people to keep your eyes open in Napoli as there are quite a few dodgy people and when we arrived at the station we knew exactly what we had been told were true. There...

This morning we explored Athens by foot. We walked from our Hotel to the Museum and spent a couple of hours there checking out the exhibitions. We then we headed down to Parliament and watched the changing of the guard. This is a very elaborate ceremony that takes about 15 mins in total. The 2 guards are replaced every hour on the hour.
