This morning we work up at 6 am feeling very refreshed after a good nights sleep. The view of the sunrise from our room is spectacular. Today we packed up ready to leave London for Montreal, Canada. We had a big breakfast with our housemate Ingrid and her friend Jane before finalising our packing (where we realised we left our camera bag at one of the pubs we had been at the night before - DOH!). Today we took the Eurostar from London's new terminal at King's Cross St Pancreas to Paris with Christine and Jodie. Today we did our 3 hour Sorrento Cooking Class. We learnt how to make Gnocchi and a puff pastry from scratch. In the course was a lady from Bundy, a Scotsman, a mother and her 2 daughters from Manchester, a couple from New Jersey and 3 other Americans. The couple from New Jersey have given us their number so we can call them and they can give us a tour around Manhattan when we get there at the end of December.
