Today was a really nice organised trip of Chiang Rai's hot springs, white temple, the golden triangle and a boat trip to Loas.... For me it was a trip of the toilets around northern Thailand and a visa run, a 10 minute excursion to Burma to extend my Thai visa :)

I managed to get away from the loos a little and admired the white temple. It was very impressive, lots and lots of detail, little mirror square tiles formed the patterns. With a big fat gold Buddha sat inside. Again it was a very fancy temple, but it was more like a fairy tale temple with the white dragons and little bridge over the moat.

And the toilets were in a gold painted building :) very nice... I felt spoilt :)

We then went to the golden triangle, saw the Thai-Burma border where i git my stamp and then the Thai-Laos border. I didn't really take too much in here as I was more interested in seeking out the next toilet :-S

I felt stronger as the day went on and was looking forward to getting back having a the best shower of the trip so far :) and chilling out!!

Overall a successful day... Another 15 days in Thailand, Whoo!!
