Hi to all, Today we leave the beautiful Island of Ko Phan Ngan and head to Ko Tao by boat. The full moon party was excellent! We headed down to Hat Rin (Where the party was staged) around 10pm, and the streets were lined with vendors selling buckets of whisky with Red Bull and coke, and lots of other lethal concoctions. We made our way through a few of these (Just so's not to appear rude you understand!) Down on the beach there were about a dozen different 'areas', with huge speakers blaring out different types of music. There was even some big inflatable neon shapes and flame throwers (Though I decided not to stand too close to these as the men seemed to keep 'dropping' their batons of fire) We managed to stay up until 8am (Though I slept for an hour on the beach), and watched the sun come up, which was AMAZING! The sky was streaked with red, purple and blue, and I took some excellent photos, though I'm still having trouble trying to upload them to our site. Yesterday we went on a boat trip to visit some of the other areas of the Island. We visited two other beaches, including Bottle beach, which is supposed to be the best beach on the island. At our final destination we jumped off the side of the boat (Ok, Dean jumped, I edged myself in gently off the side...) and went snorkelling around the boat. This was excellent and we saw loads of marine life, many of which I recognised from 'Finding Nemo'. Anyways, bye for now Claire
