Much more straightforward journey to Granada in another crammed to the rafters old school bus. We weren't sure what to expect when we first arrived at the bus station and trotted through a very real working market, but discovered a beautiful traditional city on the other side. Checked into a wicker-tastic hostel in a courtyard building...all teak wood, lush garden and even a pool!

Spent a lovely couple of sunny days pottering around the Old Town, climbing churches and taking photies of pretty buildings....plus a bonus feature....our first ever blind man massage. Rocking!

A tasty Thai meal and many local beers later, and we were ready to brave the volcanic island of Omepete.....frequently renamed as om-e-lete island.
