A long driving day to get to Mwanza, the second largest city in Tanzania, that is on the shore of Lake Victoria. Vikki ride in the cab with David to regain her equilibrium. Both of us have had minor melt downs with by the end of week 3 of our 73 day adventure. Vikki always knew that being part of a group for so long was going to test her patience. Tessa, as an experienced independent traveller is chaffing at so much being organised and the restrictions on the basis of safety and security - last night she tried leading a minor coup to go into the village in the evening for a drink but was thwarted at the last minute.

We had our first ferry crossing today's we went across a bay on the lake to get to Mwanza. The campsite was lovely as we set our tents up on the water's edge.
