split was fabulous. managed to climb 183 steps to top of 60 metre high tower views made it all the worthwhile. Pivo required afterwards. hostel was luxury! enjoyed nice meal, local wine and chat with locals. Saw Hajduk paintwork on wall - had to take pic for all you rangers fans - now aren't we nice! locals made us feel very welcome and were keen to talk to us especially in regards to setting up some business. Lynne has signed us up for a fag run back home!!! lol Bus journey from split to dubrovnik took a surprise route through bosnia herzogovenia much to our delight. the bud bud ding ding all aboard next stop bosnia moment finally arrived! collected from bus station in dubrovnik by our friendly hostelier. best hostel so far. relatively new, family run very welcoming. best seafood restaurant in town was visited washed down with local wine (again). Today was spent lapping up the rays at the local marina. bliss. going on trip to island tomorrow (via local vineyards for some tasting hehee) cuppa tea? cuppa tea? Love PinEle xxxxxxx
