This was a friendly city (very small city) i found out as i first arrived by bus. I was on the way to my hostel when two people that i didnt evenask checked out if i needed directions to get to where i needed to go, an old man that looked like a wizard and a young girl who was late for work but had time enough to see if i was okay.Either a friendlt city or i looked very lost (heading towards a motorway, woops!) anywho i decided to go have a pub meal on a sunday night, and seeing how things like to close on sunday nights here ine new zealand, literally everything! There wasnt much on offer, i ended up finding an irish pub and had a relaxing meal with a glass of wine after a lone day of traveling by bus then boat by bus then walking all the way to my hostel with my feet not in the greatest condition!

The next day i just went up on the cable car to check out the views and the botanic gardens then also went up Mt Victoria to have a look at the much better views on offer up there, full 360 views up there! People say that Wellington is like a mini Melbourne. I disagree i didnt see a resemblence at al . . but anyway al to their own i guess.

Over all this city is a smal city and looks nice from afar with the harbour right next dorr but there wasnt alot going on here i found.
