Quick stop in Dickinson, North Dakota for some sight seeing and to stretch the legs. Kids are being really good about all the driving, and there is a dinosaur museam for us to see. Hello all!We made it out of Fargo and drove to Jamestown for a view of the Albino Buffalo. We were able to see some buffalo and a fun museum and town. The museum had some great artifacts about buffalo and the way of life in North Dakota during the 1800's. There was also a one room school and a village with many different places to visit. Medora North Dakota, home of the badlands and Teddy Roosevelt national park. This is the final stop for our day of driving, and absolutely overwhelming o the eye. During the drive Joy especially enjoyed the rock piles in all the farm fields, where they obviously found rocks while trying to farm this land, and just put various piles throughout the field. Hello all:Day one was mostly driving, but we were able to reach our goal of Fargo, ND! This is great, because we took out about 600 miles of driving day one. The kids were great. I was mostly concerned about pulling the trailer for the first 100 miles, but got much more confident as the day progressed. Day 2 did not go exactly as planned. Today the family enjoyed a great breakfast at the Hotel in Fargo, and got ready for our days events. We drove onto the Interstate and noticed the wind was pretty strong. Within 1 mile of driving we heard a loud noise and felt the van shake and looked out the rear view window.
