So, I realize I am posting a day behind but oh well.
We did a lot of driving. We got up and we started by driving to Terra Nova National Park where we stopped in to a few scenic look outs. But the shortest interesting/waterfall sight was 3-4 hours walk... So we had to pass.
We then stopped briefly at the Gambo, Joey Smallwood look out. It was good but not amazing.
The next roadside stop was the Gander airport to try to see the art deco arrivals hall... unfortunately Covid testing was blocking our view of the area... so back in the car.
Next we stopped in Grand Falls for a Jungle Jim's lunch and then on to driving the Northern penesula.
The next stop was a picninc supper at the arches provincial park.
And we finally arrived at our next inn around 830pm... It was a long day of driving but we got it all done in one day.
