Hey everyone

Today we explored Queenstown.

We reluctantly got out of bed as it was freezing, but got ready and put our coats and gloves on and braved the cold. We went into town and Christina spotted a souvenir shop, and after Alex's exasperated 'not another one' she reminded him she had been in very little in New Zealand and had to get her fix. We bought some presents and some New Zealand wooly hats to keep out the cold.

After looking in other shops and doing a bit of fudge tasting, we headed over to the lake shore and walked a little way around it. Heading into the Queenstown gardens we followed a stream through the park. We had a look at the village green complete with a little church and spotted a gondola which went up a nearby mountain, it looked so steep and Christina refused to go on it.

As the rain started we decided to head to the supermarket and get some dinner, and we spent the evening cuddled up in the lounge watching a film. Xxx
