Hi! Welcome to Christina and Alex's travel blog. On 2nd February 2009 we began our 5 month journey around the world. We started by flying to Bangkok, then travelled down through Thailand and Malaysia to Singapore, throughout February. We then spent March and April in Australia, travelling up the East coast. We spent May in New Zealand, and then we spent about 2 weeks in Fiji, just over 1 week in Hawaii, and a couple of days in Los Angeles, before returning home on 27th June.

Here you will find the whole story, from the moment we woke up in the Holiday Inn to find Heathrow coated in snow, to the moment we walked out of Arrivals at Heathrow, 5 months later. It was an incredible journey, an unforgettable adventure, and, along with providing a laugh or two to all that read it, this blog will serve as a fantastic reminder to ourselves of everything we got up to and all the tiny details we might otherwise forget, the time we went around the world.
