Hey everyone

Unfortunately our epic adventure has yet to really... Start. We're still in heathrow checking in for the second time. We were supposed to leave last night but due to a 'technical problem' with the plane it was delayed until 9am today. What's worse is that we were minutes away from boarding the plane when we found out.
Qantas provided buses taking us to a Hilton hotel where we enjoyed crumby sandwiches (and a weird shaped bath). It was half an hour from heathrow - we assume all closer hotels were full of passengers from other delayed and cancelled flights.

So we're checking in now and fingers crossed for a 9:10 departure.
