Rome may not have been built in one day, but we definitely saw it all in one! After hopping on the train we arrived in Vatican City! All of the artwork was amazing including the Sistine Chapel! Then we visited The Coliseum! The ruins were unbelievable as was the experience! We sat there trying to imagine what it must have been like in old Rome, watching the gladiators fight for the lives.

We had pasta, we had gelatto, then it was off to Florence! The train ride was full of scenic views! The hillside was freckled with little towns along the way. It was definitely an great first train ride!

Tomorrow... We explore Florence!
